  !!!RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!Property has bed bugs!!!!!! Managed by employees who have poor work ethics!!!! AFTER BEING TOLD I COULD MOVE IN TWO WEEKS FRIM TALKING TO THEM THE TWO WEEKS TURNED INTO A MONTH AND THE DAY THE APARTMENT WAS TO BE READY I COME IN EXPECTING TO SIGN MY LEASE AND THE MANAGER WHO PROMISED ME THE MOON AND THE SUN IT WOULD BE READY BY THEN HAPPENED TO TAKE THE DAY OFF AND PASSED THE BUCK ON TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE LEAVING IT TO THEM TO EXPLAIN WHY I COULDNT MOVE IN. TGE HOURS OF THIS PLACE IS SUPPOSE TO BE M-F 8:30-5:30 BUT GOOD LUCK CATCHING THEM AT THOSE TIMES. THESE GUYS SEEM TO MAKE THEIR OWN SXHEDULE. TAKING DAYS OFF LEAVING NO ONE IN THE OFFICE AND THE FRONT DOORS LOCKED. LEAVING CURRENT AND FUTURE TENNANTS TO FIND A WAY TO GET AHOLD OF THEM. WHEN CALLING THE MAIN NUMBER TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL ON WHY YOU NEED TO GET AHOLD OF THEM DURING THEIR NOT SO CUSTOMER FRENDLY HOURS THEY LEAVE YOU WITH AN ANSWERING SYSTEM ASKING TO ENTER A NUMBER AS IF YOY WERE CALLING REMOTELY TO LISTEN TO PERSONAL VOICEMAILS AND NO OPTION TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR THEM TO GET BACK TO YOU (AT THEIR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE). FINALLY A MONTH AND A HALF LATER I GO TO SIGN THE LEASE BUT COULDNT MOVE IN UNTIL THE CLEANING CREW LEFT AT 5. AFTER PAFIENTLY WAITING I FINALLY ARRIVE WITH A TRUCL LOAD OF STUFF AND OPEN THE DOOR TO FIND THE PLACE IS TRASHED AND TGE ONLY THING CLEAN WAS THE NEW CARPET THAT THEY HAD PUT IN. THE BASE BOARDS ALONG WITH THE CLOSET WHERE THE HEATING/AIR CONDITIOING IS HAD DUST AN INCH THICK. ALONG WITH ONE BEDROOMS SCREENS THAT WERE TOTALLY DEMOLISHED BY WHOEVERS PETS THAT HAD LIVED THERE BEFORE ALONG WITH ANOTHER ROOM HAVING NO SCREENS AT ALL.... THE SLIDING BACK DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK SECURELY LEAVING IT OPEN TO WHOEVER BRAVES BREAKONG INTO THE DISCUSTING APARTMENT. I THOUGHT NOT A BIG DEAL AND STARTED CLEANING TGE NEW APARTMENT I HAD LITTERALLY WAITED 2 MONTHS FOR BECAUSE OF BAD MANAGEMENT. I THEN CAME ACROSS BED BUGS HANGING OUT ON THE SCELING AND IMMEDIATELY LEFT.... NEEDLESS TO SAY IM BACL THE NEXT DAY TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE AND WELL WHADDA YA KNOW! THE SIGN SAYS THEYRE OPEN TILL 5:30 BUT AS I SIT I HERE AND WRITE THIS REVIEW THE DOORS ARE LOCKED AND A TEMP SIGN SAYS WONT BE BACK TILL 9 THE NEXT DAY WITH A PERMANENT SIGN SAYING 8:30.... PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS GOING TO BE CONTACTED AS WELL...
